Upfest Highlights – Day One

Upfest officially started today, and what a day it was! I spent most of the afternoon wandering around, breathing in the smell of spray paint, watching artists at work, and managed to take over 500 photos! Oops. Whilst I sort through them and get rid of all the rubbish, here are a few highlights…

Hi Ali – Just seen your posts on postaday and are very interesting. For me, no-one quite surpasses the wit of Banksy though I love colourful graffiti. I’m here in Japan looking out for the observational too! I went to uni in Bristol so your photos bring back some memories! Gabrielle (my blog is tokyofashioncollage.wordpress.com though not a great deal on fashion.

We have just got home after a full and busy day 2 – what great weather! and it didn’t half bring the crowds – waaaaaaay more people there than any previous year. Am shattered now, we have been wandering up and down North Street since 10am 🙂

I’m shattered too! Just got home after another packed day – with another 500 photos to sort through! Despite the crowds I thought it was all very chilled out – compared to just about everything in London anyway! 😉
